14 Forerunner 110 Owner’s Manual


If your Forerunner screen or buttons
stop responding, you can reset the
device.
1. Press and hold  until the screen
goes blank.
2. Press and hold  until the screen
turns on.
: This does not erase any of your
data or settings.


If your Forerunner does not show heart
rate data, you may need to pair the
heart rate monitor.
Bring the Forerunner within range
(3 m) of the heart rate monitor.
Stay 10 m away from other ANT
sensors while pairing.
If is off, press and hold menu,
and select > .
If
is ashing, from the timer
page, press  to view the heart
rate page.
The Forerunner searches for your
heart rate signal for 30 seconds.
If the problem persists, replace the
heart rate monitor battery.


The heart rate monitor contains a
user-replaceable CR2032 battery.
: Contact your local waste
disposal department to properly
dispose of batteries.
1. Locate the circular battery cover on
the back of the heart rate monitor.
