Changing the altitude range:
1)
From the Home Screen, touch Traffic > Traffic Settings.
2)
Touch one of the following Altitude Mode Buttons:
Un
restricted: All traffic is displayed from 9900 feet above and 9900 feet
below the aircraft.
Ab
ove: Displays non-threat and proximity traffic from 9000 feet above the
aircraft to 2700 feet below the aircraft. Typically used during climb phase
of flight.
No
rmal: Displays non-threat and proximity traffic from 2700 feet above the
aircraft to 2700 feet below the aircraft. Typically used during enroute phase
of flight.
Be
low: Displays non-threat and proximity traffic from 2700 feet above the
aircraft to 9000 feet below the aircraft. Typically used during descent phase
of flight.
TERRAIN-SVT
NOTE: Terrain-SVT is only available when the Synthetic Vision Technology
(SVT) option is installed and the TAWS option has not been installed.
NOTE: Terrain data is not displayed when the aircraft is outside of the installed
terrain database coverage area.
Displaying Terrain-SVT on the Terrain-SVT Display:
From the Home Screen, touch Terrain SVT.
Color Terrain/Obstacle Location
Red
Terrain/Obstacle above or within 100’
below current aircraft altitude.
Yellow
Terrain/Obstacle between 100’ and
1000’ below current aircraft altitude.
Black
Terrain/Obstacle is more than 1000’
below aircraft altitude.
