Detailed Operation
XM Satellite Radio
Categories
Categories of channels, such as Jazz, Rock, or
News, can be selected to list the available channels for
a type of music or other contents.
XM Audio Radio Categories
1. In the XM radio function, press the Cat func-
tion smart key on the bottom of the display to
return to the Category currently playing.
2. Press the double arrow function
keys to move
through the available categories.
3. Press the
Sel menu item key to select the
highlighted category.
4. You can now use the Channel function to select
a channel from the category list selected.
Direct Access
Channels can be accessed directly by entering the
channel number using the smart keys.
Direct Access of XM Audio Radio Channels
1. In XM mode, press the Direct function smart
key. The number values will be shown above
the function and to the left of the menu item
smart keys.
2. Press the function and menu item
keys for the
three digit channel number. A leading “0”
must be entered for channel numbers below
“100.”
3. Press
MENU/ENT.
