1. The message ‘TROUBLE TRACKING SATELLITES.

ARE YOU INDOORS NOW?’ will appear. Press the

UP or DOWN button and highlight ‘NO’. Press

ENTER.

2. eTrex then asks: “HAVE YOU MOVED HUNDREDS

OF MILES/KM SINCE LAST USE? Press the UP or

DOWN button and highlight ‘YES’. Press ENTER.

. eTrex will do an “AUTOLOCATE” and switch to the

Satellite Page. This option is useful if you’ve

relocated a distance greater than 500 miles from

the last location the eTrex was used.

canopy.
