Heart Rate Monitor Tips
If you are noticing inaccurate
or erratic heart rate data, use the
following tips.
Make sure the heart rate monitor
is snug against your body.
Reapply water, saliva, or
electrode gel to the sensors.
Clean the sensors. Dirt and
sweat residue on the sensors can
interfere with heart rate signals.
Wear a cotton shirt or wet your
shirt if suitable for your activity.
