Training Mode
To use auto scroll:
1. Touch and hold menu > select
Training > Options > Auto
Scroll.
2. Select a display speed:
Slow,
Medium, or Fast.
3. Press
quit to exit.
Sport Mode
Touch and hold menu > select
Training > Options > Sport Mode
to select a sport mode.
Running is the default sport mode.
Select Biking to use heart rate zones,
calorie calculations, and speed zones
that are specic for biking. Also, the
activity is tagged as biking activity
when your history is uploaded to
your computer.
Speed Units
Touch and hold menu > select
Training > Options > Speed Units.
Select Pace or Speed for the speed
units.
NOTE: Changing speed units
does not change your custom
data elds (page 24).
Virtual Partner
®
Touch and hold menu > select
Training > Options > Virtual
Partner > On.
Your Virtual Partner is a unique
tool designed to help you meet your
training goals. The Virtual Partner
competes with you every time you
