To create a new route using the Route list:
1. PressandholdADJ/MENUtoopentheMainMenu.
2. UsetheROCKERtohighlighttheRoutestab.
3. PresstheNew RoutesoftkeytoopentheRoutemapwindow.
4. PresstheUse ListsoftkeytoopentheRoutelist.
5. UsetheROCKERtohighlightthersteldundertheword“Waypoint”,
andpressENTER.TheFindFromCurrentPositionPageappears.
6. HighlightWaypoints,andpressENTER.(Youcanalsochoosefromother
points,suchascitiesornavaids.)
7. Selectawaypointtoaddtotheroute,andpressENTER. TheReview
WaypointPageappears.
8. PresstheOKsoftkeytoaddthepointtotheroute.Asyouaddeachnew
waypointtotheroute,theRoutelistshowsthewaypointormapitem
name,legdistance,coursebetweenpoints,andaselectablecolumnto
showotherrouteinformation.

9. Repeatsteps5–8untilallroutepointsareentered.PressQUITtoreturn
totheRoutePage.
Navigating a Saved Route
After you create a route, press the NAV key to navigate it. You can follow a route
in the same sequence as it was originally created, invert and follow the route from
the end point back to the beginning point, or re-evaluate it.
To navigate a saved route:
1. Fromanypage,pressNAV,andthenhighlightFollow Routeonthe
NavigationMenu.
2. PressthePick Savedsoftkeytoselectasavedroute.TheSelectRoute
windowopens.
3. UsetheROCKERtohighlighttherouteyouwanttonavigate,andpress
ENTER.TheselectedrouteisshownontheMapPage.
