Setting a Credential Storage
Password
You can store security credentials, such
as passwords and certicates, for quick
access.
1. From the application tray, touch
Settings > System > Security &
Location > Set Password.
2. Enter a password, and touch OK.
Use Secure Credentials is
automatically selected.
Changing the Text
Language
NOTE: Changing the text language
does not change the language of map
data, such as street names, or user-
entered data.
1. From the application tray, touch
Settings > System > Language >
Text.
2. Touch a language for all on-screen
text.
Keyboard Settings
From the application tray, touch
Settings > System > Keyboard.
Auto Capitalization—
automatically capitalizes the rst
word in a eld.
Text Completion—displays
suggested words as you enter text.
Vibrate on Key Press
Portrait Keyboard—sets the
keyboard mode used when the
device is in portrait view: Phone
Pad or QWERTY.
Enable Keyboards—enables
keyboards for different languages.
Date and Time Settings
